WINDUS has recently upgraded its machining capabilities with the introduction of a cutting-edge Double Station Horizontal Machining Center (MCH800) in its workshop. This advanced equipment is capable of handling products with dimensions up to 1000mm x 1000mm x 1350mm (L x W x H), significantly enhancing production efficiency and precision.
The MCH800 not only improves the machining capacity for plug valves, BFVs, and BAW 10"-20" valve bodies but also optimizes the production of high-quality Fabricated Parts. By integrating this technology, we have streamlined the manufacturing process, reducing it from 8 steps requiring 4 operators to just 4 steps with 2 operators. This optimization shortens the process route, minimizes turnover time, and ensures faster delivery without compromising quality.
Furthermore, the new equipment standardizes the preparation and debugging of machining programs, ensuring superior consistency in product quality, particularly for Fabricated Parts.
